About Naeem Logistics — A Licensed and Insured Moving Company in Riyadh

Naeem Logistics is a licensed and insured moving company in Riyadh, and one of the few trusted movers in Riyadh that still runs its entire fleet in-house — no brokers, no subcontracted drivers, just the same company from your first call to the last box unpacked.

Naeem trucks

I started Naeem Logistics with one truck in 2014, because I was tired of watching brokers in this city take a customer’s trust and hand it to a stranger. Twelve years and fifteen trucks later, the answer when you call is still the same: it’s me, or it’s someone I trained myself.

How Naeem Logistics Started

I moved to Riyadh in 2010 and spent four years driving for two different transport companies before I started my own. In that time, I watched the same thing happen over and over: a family would call a number they found online, a truck would show up that had nothing to do with the company they’d actually called, and if a wardrobe got scratched or a fridge arrived dented, nobody wanted to own the problem. The number on the ad and the driver at the door were never really the same business.

In 2014, I bought one Dyna truck and started answering my own phone. The idea was that— if I own the truck, train the crew myself, and personally answer for every job, there’s nobody else to pass the blame to, and nowhere for a customer’s trust to get lost along the way. That first truck is still in our fleet today, parked next to fourteen others, because I don’t believe in throwing away something that still works.

Twelve years later, Naeem Logistics runs more than 15 company-owned Dyna trucks — 4.5-meter and 5-meter — out of our dispatch base in Manfuhah, moving homes, offices, furniture, and goods across every district of Riyadh, with direct trips to Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, and everywhere else in the Kingdom. What hasn’t changed is the part that actually matters: every driver is our employee, every truck is ours, and every job is one I’m personally accountable for — not a booking passed down a chain of strangers.

Licensed and Insured — What That Actually Means for Your Move

Licensed and insured” gets used loosely in this industry, so here’s exactly what it means at Naeem Logistics. We are registered with Saudi Arabia’s Transport General Authority (TGA) as a licensed moving company, which covers every Dyna truck in our fleet for commercial goods transport. Alongside that, every move we run is covered by our commercial insurance policy — so if something is damaged in transit, it isn’t a conversation about whose fault it was, it’s a claim we honor.

We keep both documents on hand and show them to any customer who asks before a move — not just when it’s requested. In a market where a lot of “movers” are really just a phone number connected to whichever driver is free that day, being able to name our license number and insurance provider is the difference between hiring a company and hiring a stranger with a truck.

Naeem Logistics, by the Numbers

  • 12 years moving Riyadh — operating since 2014
  • 15+ company-owned Dyna trucks — no subcontractors, ever
  • 2 truck sizes — 4.5m and 5m — matched to your load, not oversold
  • Thousands of homes, offices, and shipments moved across Riyadh and intercity routes
  • 5 major cities reached directly from our Riyadh base — Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, and beyond

Our Damage Policy

If something is damaged during your move, you won’t need to fight for it. Tell us within 48 hours, we’ll assess it together — often from photos sent on WhatsApp — and it’s covered under the insurance policy mentioned above. No forms buried in fine print, no runaround between “the driver” and “the office” — because they’re the same company.

Our Own Fleet — No Subcontractors, No Surprises

This is the one thing I’ll repeat as many times as it takes: every truck that shows up for a Naeem Logistics job is ours, and every driver is our employee.

Unlike listing sites and brokers who take your booking and hand it to whichever driver answers first, we run our own maintenance schedule, GPS-track every truck while it’s on your job, and never send a vehicle we haven’t inspected ourselves that week. Our fleet is fully enclosed, weatherproof Dyna trucks in 4.5-meter and 5-meter sizes — built to keep dust, sun, and rain off your furniture on the road, not just on the days it doesn’t rain.

  • Company-owned fleet — no subcontracted or rented trucks
  • Weekly safety and maintenance inspections on every vehicle
  • GPS-tracked for the full duration of your job
  • Hydraulic lift gates available for heavy and awkward items
